It’s been on heck of a tiring and testing month with the return to school, work, and general routine. E was the first of us to return to the classroom wearing her new uniform colours and it’s hard to believe but she’s now in her final year of primary school – where the heck has that time gone?!

Meanwhile, J has moved up to key stage four and is steadily easing himself into his GCSE courses. It’s scary to think that this time next year he too will be in his final year. Time is just flying by and it’s stressing me somewhat.
Despite what seemed like an endless bout of bad luck which disrupted the household in terms of travel we’ve somehow managed to make it to the end of the month in one piece.
So here we are at the end of September midway through the first half of the autumn term. Autumn is officially upon us as the dark nights are drawing in, the smell of chimney smoke is hanging in the air, and the kids have picked out their pumpkins all ready to rock Halloween come the end of next month.
I’m hoping that next month will be a whole lot easier now that the kids have found their feet with their new school years and we’ve adjusted to the regular daily/ weekly routine.
Thank you for reading this month’s #LivingArrows . I look forward to catching up with your #LivingArrows either through your own posts or comments on this post.
