Welcome to yet another edition of #LivingArrows, a weekly post in which I share a few photos of my beautiful kidlets.
I’m a sucker for a tight cuddle, if koalas could be kept as pets I’d have one just for the hugs. Although I’d hate to think what a koala might do to my furniture not that I have a great deal of bamboo but still like a lot of things in life it wouldn’t be worth the mess.
Heres a couple of snaps of the kids and I having a moment together which were taken throughout the week. It’s been one of those weeks where I’ve felt as if I’ve needed a squeeze and who better to grab some loving from than my children?…
The holidays are officially over, the kids are back at Nursery and School and the house suddenly seems a whole lot quieter. I’m all for some peace and quiet but suddenly things feel rather empty, I miss the chaos!
I guess I can finally clean the house top to bottom without the kids having turned out yet another box of mini-figures, Lego or god knows what else they fancy throwing all over every other surface. Still, I miss them both and having received E’s school admission results earlier this week it’s only a matter of time before both of my little ones are out of the house for the majority of the day.…
The first week of the Easter break is officially over. It’s been great having the kids at home, they’ve really needed the rest after working and of course playing so hard at School and Nursery.
Despite our shifts at work and the mixed weather we seem to be having, we’ve done our very best to keep the kids entertained both inside and out over the week.
J and E have enjoyed numerous walks out to the beach and trips to the park. It’s so lovely to be able to do things as and when without the pressures of the daily grind.…
Welcome to this weeks rather summery edition of #LivingArrows, a weekly post in which I share a photo or two of my perfect pair before you wonder how the hell you stumbled upon this website and what on earth you about to view, worry not as I am of course referring to my two beautiful children!
The Towel Trendsetter
Having had a couple of hours fun splashing around in the local swimming baths we got the kids washed, dry and changed ready for their journey home. Over the years E has grown a rather stunning head of hair which whilst is incredibly beautiful is also incredibly thick and takes a long time to dry.…
Welcome to this weeks rather tired and defeated edition of #LivingArrows. I’m don’t know about you but the end of term cannot come soon enough for us!
I’m not sure whose more ready for a break, the kids or us! Both E’s Nursery and J’s School seem to have slotted in as many activities as humanly possible before the kids break up.
Concerts, charity raising, odd sock days, dress-up days, parents evenings, throw in a few medical and dentist appointments and the diary is jam-packed! It feels as if we haven’t had a day without some or other to pack or to remember.…
