#LivingArrows – The Birthday Edition

Welcome to this weeks rather special #Living Arrows – The Birthday Edition. E turned three years old today and began her day ripping endless amounts of wrapping paper from a rather large pile of parcels.

As always, we ensured that her big brother J also had something to open and as you can tell by the pictures they were both rather excited and had great fun unwrapping all of the gifts.

We were originally planning to go out for the day to Greenlands Farm Village. However, it had been raining hard all night and we awoke to some rather extensive flooding in our area which has literally cut us off from travelling North or South.…

#LivingArrows – Watching And Waiting

Welcome to this weeks ‘watching and waiting’ edition of #LivingArrows. I usually tend to share two photos of each of the kids but I simply haven’t been that snap happy this week and therefore have barely any pictures to choose from.

I would however like to share this image with you which was taken today whilst the children were awaiting their Father’s return from work. This photo sums up just how much they love their Daddy, enough to literally stand around waiting and watching…

Thanks for reading and as always I look forward to catching up with your #LivingArrows either through your own posts or comments upon this post.…

#LivingArrows – Our Woodland Walk

Welcome to this weeks woodland walks edition of #LivingArrows “You are the bows from which your children as living arrows are sent forth”. As you know each and every Monday I share a moment from our week which I feel celebrates my children and their adventures as they grow up.

This week I would like to share my favourite photo of the kids, a quick snap taken whilst out on our woodland walk.

#LivingArrows – Watching The Kids Grow Up

Welcome to this weeks edition of #LivingArrows, I am planning to be ‘AFK’ (away from the keyboard) over the next few weeks as I want to spend some quality time with my family during the summer holidays making memories, some of which I may manage to capture and share with you in at a later date.

Living Life In The Fast Lane

My kids are growing up fast, E is now able to ride J’s quad bike and seems rather in her element doing so. Here she is living life in the fast lane…

Hiding In The Nest

J on the other hand may be growing fast but he still loves his fluffies, especially his Angry Birds and Bad Piggies, this picture reminds me of a ‘Wheres Wally?’ and certainly raises a smile as I know just how much my son adores his Rovio collection.…

#LivingArrows – Turning My Frown Upside Down

Welcome to yet another #LivingArrows post, It’s been one of those Mondays when it somehow feels like the World is plotting against you. I’m not going to go into great detail but suffice to say I feel that I would be happy to erase ‘today’ from my memory and pretend it never happened.

Thankfully I have two rather large distractions in my life which have once again pulled me out from my mood ‘slump’ and I am eternally grateful for their ability to turn my frown upside down.
