Spring has finally arrived; the clocks sprang forward this past weekend and the lighter nights are finally upon us. March has been a busy month in this household. The kids have been busy with school, music lessons, dance lessons, school discos, and a couple of evenings with their grandparents as Paul and I have spent some time away together ‘up North’.
Things finally seem to be looking up as after almost two torturous years, J finally had his braces removed this month and thus he no longer needs to struggle with a mouth full of metal. Much to his delight, he’s now brace-free and shredding through the sirloin steaks like they are going out of fashion.
E, meanwhile, has been busy crafting a range of beautiful beaded bracelets for her friends at school. It seems her handiwork has become rather popular as she’s receiving almost daily requests from classmates for more and more. She’s such a creative little creature, if E’s not entertaining herself with arts and crafts then she’s either occupied drawing, painting or at present, putting together her 1000-piece Harry Potter jigsaw!
With the lighter nights and warmer weather arriving, E’s also been enjoying time out and about playing in the park. It’s such a relief to wish the winter farewell, though I loved the snowy scenes, I’m sick to death of it being dark, dank, and cold! Here’s to spring sunshine, flowers, fresh air, and lighter nights!
Thank you for reading this month’s #LivingArrows . I look forward to catching up with your #LivingArrows either through your own posts or comments on this post.
