As a fellow blogger I greatly enjoy reading other blogs, especially parenting blogs like my own. One of the amazing things that I have found about being a vlogger and blogger over the years is the amazing online community that you become part of. I have to say that I have a great group of online friends and whilst I have may not have met them all individually, I can say that each and every one of them have contributed somehow or other towards my life as a blogger, vlogger, parent and individual.
Each Sunday my ‘online tribe’ and I share our favourite photos from the week, it’s something that I have taken part in for over two years. The Sunday share has become part of my weekly ritual, it’s great to see how all of our little ones are progressing and to share our special moments as a group. My Online Tribe that I refer to is a group of like-minded ladies that I had the pleasure of meeting through the ‘Baby Centre’ forums whilst expecting E. We have continued to stay together as a private group on Facebook and I really don’t know where I’d be without them.
Whilst browsing other parent blogs as I do regularly, I came across a particular blog series that I felt would be ideal for me and my own blog, following my usual Sunday share within my ‘online tribe’. This series takes place every Monday therefore extending the sharing to my blog (not just within a private group) and stretching the fun over two consecutive days.
Living Arrows is hosted by Donna Wishart, a blogger buddy of mine from whattheredheadsaid.co.uk. Living Arrows is about celebrating childhood. The project originally took it’s name from a poem by Kahlil Gibran, “You are the bows from which your children as living arrows are sent forth” and every Monday bloggers within the series share a moment from their week and invite others to do the same as part of this linky. If you are a blogger then please feel free to join in!
I will try my very best to make this a regular Monday ‘thing’ and so without further ado here are my two favourite photos from the past week.

Thanks to Donna for hosting this blog series, I am really looking forward to taking part in ‘Living Arrows’ each and every Monday here on in.
