Living Arrows By The Beach

As promised, here I am again sharing my selected snapshots from the week as it’s Monday aka Living Arrows linky day. As I explained in my previous ‘LA’post, I will be sharing two of my favourite photos from the week each and every Monday. So here goes…

It’s not often I manage to capture the kids together, whilst sometimes they may both feature in a shot, it’s very rare that they are still enough for long enough to snap a decent picture of together, never mind with them both looking towards the camera. This particular picture is not only one of my favourite photos for this week but it is a shot which stands out so much that I think I may actually get it printed and possibly framed.

Here are my two little monsters walking hand in hand on the beach-side following the school run. There’s nothing quite like blowing the cobwebs from the day away with a play on the park and a swift stroll along the sand.

I just love how my kids love each other so dearly, J is the most amazing big brother and together they are simply adorable.

Whilst I have taken uggins of shots this week, it seems my top two snaps were both taken on the same day on the same outing. There’s just something really special about the beach for me, I think it’s that feeling of freedom combined with the fresh air and of course the stunning views. Speaking of which, here is my second selected picture for this weeks Living Arrows.

I am really lucky to live where I live, it’s only now as I’ve grown up and become a parent myself that I actually appreciate the beauty of my surroundings. I have to say, it’s fairly easy to take a stunning picture in the Lakes!
