Our little lady spent the majority of last week being the star of the stage both at school, where she was Morris dancing in her Christmas concert and at the local theatre, where she wowed us all with her impressive tap and ballet dancing.
It was a busy week for our little lady but thankfully the holidays have now arrived and she’s finally able to rest and relax, I wish I could say likewise as I’ve still got another day to get through before I can switch off the alarm for a week or two.
Whilst I’d love to say that I’m feeling festive and ‘Christmas-ready, truth be told I’m feeling the least festive that I’ve ever felt. Still, I’ll do my utmost to make the very best of the season for the kids as that’s what it’s all about.
