We’ve been living back at home for a week now and though things are still a bit up in the air as the kitchen isn’t completely finished and we are currently living with plywood temporary flooring throughout the downstairs, it’s good to be back in our own house and gaining some normality.
We’ve celebrated not one but two birthdays this week, I must admit I was a little worried that we’d be having to do this from my Mums house. Thankfully that wasn’t the case and we managed to hold a party here at home for our little lady. Now we are back at home we are trying to get ourselves back into a more regular routine, though the kids really need to curb their late nights before school starts next week, we really ought to start setting some alarms but we’ve got a week to go…
Woodland Walk
Wet But Wonderful Walks
Part of our regular routine was to head out for a weekly walk with my Mum and our dogs, which we’d complete with a round of burgers from the van in the square, and this is precisely what we did this Saturday and it felt great to get back into the groove.
Thank you for reading and as always, I look forward to catching up with your #LivingArrows either through your own posts or comments upon this post.

Yay for being back at home, hope your last week of the Summer holidays has been good. I also need to get the boys back into routine again ahead of their return. And I probably need to do the same!
