Having spent an hour clearing the clutter and cleaning what was once our summer house (before E acquired it as her beloved art studio) we’ve since reorganised, repainted, and redesigned her studio space with new furniture and a new look…
E couldn’t wait to put her new desk and newly painted ‘art studio’ to use by base coating and decorating her block letters to add to the wall for display.
Never mind the summer evenings that Paul and I had planned lazing in our splendid summerhouse with a glass of wine or two, it’s far better being a space for our little lady to let loose with her poster paints, chalks, clay, and uggins of art supplies. Children are only children for a short amount of time, they grow up far too fast and one day in the far future when Paul and I are sitting with our vino on the sofa in the summerhouse we will look back at this time that E used it as her studio space with fond and cherishedhed memories…
Thank you for reading and as always, I look forward to catching up with your #LivingArrows either through your own posts or comments on this post.

It’s so lovely that she has a nice space to be creative. She looks pleased as punch! x
