I love spending time outside in the sunshine during the summer months, especially after a busy week. It’s great to kick back, relax and enjoy the fresh air without having to wrap up in copious layers of clothing in order to keep warm.
Though it may have been an expensive purchase and has cost us ridiculous amounts in electricity since we had it fitted (thanks to the ever-rising cost of living), the hot tub has to be one of the biggest and best investments we’ve ever made when it comes to family entertainment, especially so during the summer months.
E was barely through the door from school before she’d swapped her skirt and t-shirt for a swimming costume this week, hopping into the hot tub like a rat up a drainpipe. There’s no use trying to share the tub with her, it’s far too full of inflatable unicorns, hammocks, and hearts to fit anything else never mind anybody else in. Mind you, I was quite happy watching from the comfort of the rattan furniture whilst avoiding the inevitable splashes from our little mermaid in her hot tub, it’s just so lovely to see the kids happy and smiling.
Thank you for reading and as always, I look forward to catching up with your #LivingArrows either through your own posts or comments on this post.
