Though our lives are a little like groundhog day at present, I’m rather enjoying our regular routine, especially the weekends when we get out and enjoy some fresh air (and the obligatory burgers) with the kids and our four-pawed furry friends. Though I was hoping to be able to travel further afield by now, I’m far happier staying safe in our local area given the level of concern regarding the delta variant of the virus.

Our Little Flower Fairy
I’d love to be able to take the kids on holiday and to travel like we once did but life just isn’t the same and I’m not comfortable with the idea of putting anyone at risk for the sake of a few days of freedom and so we continue to make the most of our surroundings and to stay within a stone’s throw of our safety net.
Thank you for reading and as always, I look forward to catching up with your #LivingArrows either through your own posts or comments upon this post.

I completely get where you’re coming from. I won’t be going abroad for a while yet! x
No I think maybe 2023 if we are lucky ?
Beautiful photos of the children. We will not be going abroad this year I am not good with uncertainty and just would not enjoy it.
Me either x
Lovely pictures. We’ll definitely not be going abroad for a long while yet, such a shame as Iris hasn’t yet been on a plane but it’s just not safe.
