The kids have now settled back into School for the start of the spring term and I’m finally finding a routine of sorts to fall into for the New Year. I have already caught up with putting together, editing and uploading seventeen or so videos for YouTube and I’m hoping to make a real come back in terms of Vlogging.
This has meant spending a little less time on my blogging throughout the week but once I’m up to date and back on the ball then I’m sure I’ll get back into a regular routine for writing posts and such like.
The kids have really enjoyed watching the videos which I’ve uploaded so far and reminiscing upon all that we have done over the past year. Having seen their response whilst watching our holiday video, I’ll be sure to put travel plans into action for this summer over the next month or so.
I am yet to write thank you letters following Christmas and whilst I’m a little behind in terms of time I’m not entirely sure as to whether people really expect a handwritten letter anymore, I’ve almost convinced myself that a fancy thank you picture alongside a text may do the job just as well. It’s a lot less effort that’s for sure, that and it’d save me a fortune in stamps!
There seems to be never-ending lists of ‘things to do’ yet despite having most of the day to myself I rarely find the time to get things done. It’s quite bizarre but having children seems to take up the majority of my mind space, that and my house space! How is it that the children each have large-sized bedrooms yet most of their toys seem to find their way into our living room, kitchen, office and even our bedroom?!
It’s a good thing they are cute otherwise I might find myself frustrated, hang on a minute… Speaking of cute, here are a couple of photos taken earlier in the week of my perfect pair.
Our Little Piglet Quaffing His Waffles
And My Beautiful Little Bear
These two certainly keep Paul and I busy, even whilst they are out of the house. I wouldn’t have it any other way though, the kids are my World and without them what kind of World would it be? I guess it would be tidy, quiet, easy-going but inanely boring no doubt.
Thanks for reading and as always I look forward to catching up with your #LivingArrows either through your own posts or comments upon this post.
