Thanks to the glorious weather (minus the random thunderstorm and tropical downpour that we had yesterday) the children have been enjoying daily strolls through the fields and along the shore with their beloved basset.
We are so lucky to live just a leap away from the beach, what more could a kid want than the sand dunes and the shore to slide and to stroll along at their leisure?
Down In The Dunes
A Sandy Stroll
I won’t lie – I do tend to get a little fed up with the sandy socks constantly being thrown into the washing basket inside out and still full of sand. Though I adore the shells and the pebbles which the kids bring back to paint and decorate – our garden border is slowly but surely filling up with an array of painted shells and pebbles… I’m sure that it won’t be too long before we have our very own beach!
Thank you for reading and as always, I look forward to catching up with your #LivingArrows either through your own posts or comments upon this post.

Oh wow that looks fabulous. I really do love the beach and those dunes are amazing. I keep meaning to paint some rocks with my two. Lovely to have your own gallery. Hope you have enjoyed Fathers Day weekend x
