The holidays are officially over, the kids are back at Nursery and School and the house suddenly seems a whole lot quieter. I’m all for some peace and quiet but suddenly things feel rather empty, I miss the chaos!
I guess I can finally clean the house top to bottom without the kids having turned out yet another box of mini-figures, Lego or god knows what else they fancy throwing all over every other surface. Still, I miss them both and having received E’s school admission results earlier this week it’s only a matter of time before both of my little ones are out of the house for the majority of the day. What on earth will I do other than the washing, the laundry, bed making, hoovering, polishing, tidying and generally twiddling my thumbs…
Looking back now Easter seemed to fly by, we had a much-needed, fantastic break as a family together and during that time had a couple of days out and about together. This included a trip to ‘Lowther Castle’ and the ‘Lost Castle’ play park which both the children and us adults thoroughly enjoyed.
Here are a few photos from our day at Lowther Castle which I held onto especially to share for this weeks edition of #LivingArrows.

I love the photo of you all on the swing. Did you get someone to take it or did you use a timer? If so, this is a logistical masterpiece 😀 #LivingArrows
Someone took it x

That swing looks fab! I really want to go to Lowther but we might wait until Gabe is just a little bit bigger and can enjoy the playground properly 🙂 #LivingArrows
