#LivingArrows – Water Babies 15/52 (2017)

Welcome to this weeks rather summery edition of #LivingArrows, a weekly post in which I share a photo or two of my perfect pair before you wonder how the hell you stumbled upon this website and what on earth you about to view, worry not as I am of course referring to my two beautiful children!

The Towel Trendsetter

Having had a couple of hours fun splashing around in the local swimming baths we got the kids washed, dry and changed ready for their journey home. Over the years E has grown a rather stunning head of hair which whilst is incredibly beautiful is also incredibly thick and takes a long time to dry.

Rather than rubbing at her hair furiously or holding her head under a dryer both of which aren’t likely to go down well with my Princess and may result in numerous split ends I now wrap E’s hair in a turban like fashion so that she is comfortable and dry on the journey home.

Unlike most people who would look pretty ridiculous rocking the towel twist, E looks like a cool dude, she indeed a towel trendsetter!

My Water Baby

J has been in the swimming baths not once but thrice this week! Just call him a water baby as this boy has no fear and takes to a swimming pool like a duck to water. Here is a picture taken of my happy chappy following his friends ‘pool party’ earlier this week.

Now that the Easter holidays have finally arrived we will no doubt be making further visits to the swimming baths especially as I ordered E a brand new Peppa Pig swimming costume which she is desperate to wear!
