Late last year Paul booked us all in for a fun-filled day at Wacky World – an inflatable assault course which tours the UK, offering entertainment at an exhausting level.
Neither J or E had seen anything of the sort before and were thrilled at the chance to let off some steam and to build up a sweat. It was so wonderful to watch the kids as they ran around ‘Wacky World’ giving anything and everything a go.
Our Ninja Warrior
The kids had no fear, they were more than happy to throw themselves from great heights clattering into crash mats. Meanwhile I on the other hand gingerly (yes I said the word gingerly and I just so happen to be ginger, what of it?) followed in their footsteps, cautiously climbing down onto the mats to avoid any accidents.
Having had a turn on ‘the Meltdown Machine’ myself, I very quickly hopped off to avoid a broken ankle, or worse – humiliation. E on the other hand was happy to duck, squat, jump over or even to ride the arms of the Meltdown Machine. This little lady had some serious gumption and courage, unlike her Mother!
Madam Meltdown
I’m all for having fun but I prefer to avoid any fractures, as I’ve worn enough casts, pots and supports on various limbs to last me a life time! The kids on the other hand have yet to break any bones, here’s hoping that they never find out how that feels!
Thanks for reading and as always I look forward to catching up with your #LivingArrows either through your own posts or comments upon this post.

This looks like so much fun. It’s definitely a place to take your children to.
Yeh it was awesome thanks x
This looks like they had such a great time! I love how fearless children are! x
I know – we were shattered whereas they had plenty of beans to burn.
