#LivingArrows – Just Jumpers 04/52 (2020)

It’s been yet another ‘Manic Monday’ with after-school clubs, hair appointments, the household chores and a husband suffering from what appears to be flu.

I wouldn’t mind being so busy if it weren’t for the freezing, wet weather – I’m forever layering up and moments later layering down as I whisk in and out of the house. I feel as I’ve been back and forth all day never quite getting warm before venturing back out into the cold.

The kids must be mad as they are quite happy to head out in just a jumper, they don’t seem to feel the cold like I do – it must be an age thing!  I need more than just a jumper – I need vests, tops, jumpers, cardigans, duvet-style jackets, a hat, a scarf and most definitely gloves to brave the weather at present.

Here they are – my two sweeties in their sweaters. A picture I’m rather proud of as it’s unusual to see either of the kids wearing long sleeves or jumpers indoors!

Wonderful In Winter Wear

#LivingArrows - Just Jumpers 04/52 (2020)

I’ve got my fingers crossed for the white stuff –  that way the winter wear will well and truly get worn. I keep checking the Met Office but there are no snow warnings as of yet…

Thanks for reading and as always I look forward to catching up with your #LivingArrows either through your own posts or comments upon this post.

Our snow only lasted a few days but it’s always fun to get some. I believe kids have thicker skin and just don’t feel the cold like adults. Lovely smiles on both your beautiful children. #livingarrows

We have had a few days of just jumpers recently – all of us though, not just the children. But, you’re a lot further north than us so it must be colder! Crazy kids! x

I’m the same checking the weather report, hoping we get snow before Spring starts #livingarrows
