Welcome to another week here at ‘Homeschool HQ’ – an endless juggling act that leaves both Paul and I completely exhausted by the end of the day, but it’s worth it to keep our little ones happy, healthy, entertained, and educated. Though, I’m slightly concerned that our recycling bins may overflow with bottles at the rate that my stress levels are rising – thankfully the kids are calm, cool, and collected which is the main thing.
Today we’ve been busy counting cubes, investigating past tense, stripping petals from flowers, breaking microscopes, researching bird flu, investigating forces, carrying out video-conference staff meetings, changing dressings following my medical procedure earlier this week, and being sure to keep on top of the chores whilst ensuring that we are all fed and watered. It’s much more than a juggling act right here, right now – that’s for sure!

I wouldn’t mind so much but it feels like nothing is letting up – there’s always something to do for someone or other and with the constant dreary, dismal weather alongside the neverending rising death and infection toll, I for one feel completely overwhelmed. So much for a new year and a new start…
On the upside; the kids are working really well, their behaviour and attitude astound me on a daily basis – they truly are the heroes during this horrific time.
Thank you for reading and as always, I look forward to catching up with your #LivingArrows either through your own posts or comments upon this post.

I hope your medical procedure was a success and that you continue to heal. Seems like you have had a busy busy week!
Oh this work has just got harder and harder
Haha, your recycling bin comment made me chuckle. I hope you have another smooth week this week. It’s not an easy task at all is it?! #livingarrows
It’s bumpy all the way
I find it very hard to find any down time at the moment too. It’s constant! I’m really looking forward to half term x
Work load just increases every week here
When you write it all down it really does bring it into perspective doesn’t it! I hope this coming week is kind to you.
It’s hard at the moment isn’t it? It sounds like your kids are doing a fantastic job though, I hope you had an easier week this week x
