Welcome to this weeks instalment of #LittleLoves, sadly the sunshine seemed to have upped and left leaving us with what feels like winter as its replacement. The rain has been lashing against the windows most days this week forcing us to back into the ‘four wall syndrome’ which believe me, is never fun with a toddler! So less of the weather and more about my #LittleLoves’, here goes!

Following my jump from Windows to Mac I have found myself having to finally learn how to use ‘Photoshop’. I already knew a fair bit about this software having dabbled with it in the past but there are some areas which I need to improve upon. I decided to treat myself to a new ‘bedside bible’ and so hopped onto Amazon and ordered a copy of ‘Photoshop CS5 For Dummies‘ to brush up my skills a little.
It’s a really ‘easy to absorb’ kinda read which is good for a guide of any kind, whilst it’s easy enough to write user guides, it ain’t always easy understanding someone else’s instructions and so I have been fairly impressed by this simple step by step manual for those us parents often lacking in concentration through sheer exhaustion after the kids have finally gone to sleep.
Watched
One of the big things on my ‘Before I am 40 Bucket List‘ is to attend Glastonbury, whilst I wasn’t there this year in person, I certainly enjoyed watching the action on the TV from the comfort of my living room. I managed to watch the whole of the Coldplay set this week and was blown away by their performance, the sheer energy on stage was immense. If you fancy having a watch for yourself, you can do so via the BBC Iplayer.
Heard
E has always loved Peppa Pig but this week she seems to have got one particular song stuck in her head from that sodding pig. She seems to be singing this song whenever and wherever and in doing so has now managed to place this rather annoying tune into my own brain on permanent repeat.
If you don’t know it already, I know a song that’ll get on your nerves…. and here it is!
It’s a rainy sunny day,
the rainbows here to play,
Rainbow, Rainbow,
Red and orange and yellow and green and purple and bluuuuue….
Rainbow, Rainbow, it’s a rainy sunny day!
Made
This week I finally managed to sit down and make a ‘Media Pack‘ for anyone wishing to work with me. Of course since doing so all of my stats seem to have increased and already I feel that I should be updating the figures to reflect the latest increases in followers etc. I have decided rather than endlessly editing, uploading and updating documents I am going to try to keep to updating the stats at the end of each month, that way it cuts down my workload and gives me a set deadline to stick to.
If you are interested in working with me through sponsored posts, product reviews or general advertisement you can find out more information from my newly created ‘media pack’ which you can view here.
Wore
Paul took J to town at the weekend for a birthday party and whilst he was there he nipped into Asda and treated me to some much-needed new pyjamas. I hadn’t given him any specifications as to what I wanted, I was therefore pretty impressed when I came home from work to find these laid on my bed all ready for me to snuggle up in. Cheers Babe xxx
And Lastly
I am pleased to announce that our dreams of extending our house with an extra bedroom and bathroom above the garage are becoming closer to reality as we were informed that planning permission has now been granted, Woohoo! It’s fairly daunting but also pretty exciting!
Thanks again for reading my blog and I hope that you enjoyed this weeks #LittleLoves. If you fancy sharing your #LittleLoves then why not join in either through your own blog post or by leaving a comment below, I would love to hear what your #LittleLoves might be.

I too have not long changed from Windows to Mac & I’m pretty sure I’m missing the trick haha! My daughter is obsessed with Peppa although we’re currently weaning her off it as there are only so many times you can watch the same one over and over again!!
