Welcome to this weeks edition of #LittleLoves, It seems that whilst our extension is ‘under construction’ everything else is taking a bit of a back seat, read on and you’ll see what I mean.
This week has been literally none stop with the builders starting on the extension, housework, general chores, nursery runs, school runs, after school activities and work. I have barely had time to fart never mind read a book, sorry to be so blunt but it’s the truth.
The only reading that I have actually done is skim reading the job pages of the local rag in hope that I might find something to suit.…
Welcome to this weeks edition of #LittleLoves filled with family, fun and new beginnings. I feel like the dark cloud that seemed to loom over our heads is slowly lifting and we are now able to move forward and to make a fresh start.
I haven’t really had the time to sit and delve into a book of any sort. Instead I have spent time catching up on some of the many blogs that I follow, Rainbeaubelle being one of which.

It has been a pretty bleak week truth be told. I haven’t really had the heart nor inclination to sit down and write and therefore this weeks #LittleLoves may be lacking somewhat, like myself in many ways.
I haven’t read diddly squat this week, not a single sausage! Most of my reading has taken place through the sending and receiving of messages from friends and family.
Paul and I enjoyed watching the first episode of John Bishop’s new chat show ‘In Conversation With…’. The series began with John interviewing James Corden, I’ll be honest we weren’t sure whether we’d be all that interested as James can be similar to marmite at times as you tend to either love him or hate him.…
Welcome to this weeks edition of #LittleLoves featuring sausages, stripes and safety. #LittleLoves is a weekly blog linky run by Morgana. Each week I contribute by listing some of the highlights from my past seven days in set categories.
Following E’s birthday which I am fairly sure that I have mentioned a few times over the past couple of posts we have been enjoying snuggling down at bedtime with some of the many books that E was given as gifts.
Sugarlump and the Unicorn is yet another rhyming masterpiece from the all time, much-loved family favourite ‘Julia Donaldson‘.
Without spoiling the story for you and your little ones, I will simply say that this tale teaches children to appreciate what they already have and to make the most of the things that they enjoy in life.…
