#LittleLoves – Easter Chicks, Rock Chicks & Sleepy Chicks

The holidays have finally arrived and Easter is almost upon us. As you can imagine it’s been a busy week and will no doubt be a busy weekend with all the egg-hunts and activities which we have planned. Before that though, I will take a moment to sit and reflect by listing a few of my #LittleLoves from the past seven days.

Other than the back of my eye lids I’ve done very little reading in all honesty. I keep meaning to find myself a book and get myself back into being a book-worm but I’ve still not found the time nor the patience to do so.…

#LittleLoves – Congratulations, Cake & Blading

Yet again I’m lacking with the blog posts this week, apologies and all that but I can assure you that there is good reason for my absence! I’ve spent the past week focused entirely upon a job interview which meant the World to me and more. Along with work, the household chores, looking after the kids and everything else this left me with next to no time for blogging, thankfully it’s all over now and I am finally able to relax and to proudly announce that I GOT THE JOB!

So to save myself from waffling any further I’ll get to the point of my post and list this weeks #LittleLoves.…

#LittleLoves – Ugg Life, Baking Bliss & Meeting Maisy

So it’s finally Saturday and whilst I’d love to announce that the weekend has arrived, I’ve barely had time to stop as of yet and come tomorrow I’ll be back behind the bar pulling pints. I really need a little rest but it’s rather difficult at present whilst working two jobs and running a household of four.

I feel as if my blog has become rather bland of late, apologies should you agree with this statement, I am hoping to find some time to spend snapping photos and sharing my stories with you once I’m settled into a routine of sorts, until then I’m afraid this is the best I can muster.…

#LittleLoves – Cardigans, Comedy & Cosmetics

I would have written this post earlier today but after stupidly attempting to open a bottle using a pair of kitchen scissors, I’ve spent the majority of my evening sat in A&E having my thumb cleaned, stuck back together and dressed.

I wouldn’t mind but we’d literally just walked back into house following the fifty minute drive back from town, then moments later had to head straight back towards Barrow, leaving the kids with their Grandparents which wasn’t exactly the Saturday night that I had planned.

I was hoping to carry on as usual but following stern advice to keep the wound clean, dry and sterile I’ve opted to play it safe and to stay at home tomorrow rather than pulling pints as was scheduled.…

#LittleLoves – World Book Day, Snow Days & Bye Bye To The Bay

I mentioned a few weeks back that I may start writing my #LittleLoves posts on a Saturday due to time restraints on a Friday, with that in mind and the fact that I no longer spend my Saturday evening’s busy working behind the bar, I may make this schedule alteration for my weekly #LittleLoves instalment a permanent fixture.

So without boring you any further regarding my scheduling plans, I will get onto the task in hand and list a few of my #LittleLoves from the week gone by.

Although I’ve spent a fair amount of time reading books with the children I haven’t really had much time to read for my personal pleasure, hopefully that will change over time.…
