My little lady loves baking and she has certainly been busy with her mixing bowl, weighing scales, and wooden spoon over the past fortnight. E has made batches of Anglo Saxon style Griddle biscuits (oat biscuits which we semi-adapted into melting moments) and she was keen to assist with the making and baking of my husband’s birthday cake. Happy Birthday Darling, I hope that you’ve had a lovely day!
