#LittleLoves- Ed Sheeran, School Reports & Teachers Awards

Apologies for the late post once again but it’s been a fun-packed Friday with very little time for sitting at the Macbook to jot down my #LittleLoves. Here I am though, better late than never right?

With it being the end of yet another academic year I received my son’s School report summarising his progress during Year 3. What a year it has been, J has come on leaps all of which his report reflects.

I couldn’t be prouder of our little man and took great pleasure in reading his Teachers comments upon his development and progress albeit there being a few areas in which he needs to work upon which we will obviously help him with over the Summer.… Read more from this post

#LittleLoves – I’m Coming Out, Pram Pushing & Floaty Tops

In typical parent fashion I am that shattered following a week of running around like a headless chicken that I have f*ck all energy left for the weekend. I must have reached ‘that age’ where Nana naps are now needed as I found myself waking from a two-hour sofa slump earlier this evening wondering who’d put the clocks forward.

So excuse my rather late post but I’ve spent the past hour or so bringing myself back to Earth with a hot bath and a shit load of caffeine. So without further ado here are a few of my #LittleLoves from the past week, happy reading!… Read more from this post

#LittleLoves – Glasto, Super Dry Dresses & London Grammar Tickets

Welcome to another Friday and of course another set of #LittleLoves. I’ll be honest I’m that exhausted I actually feel drunk with exhaustion so bear with my writing as it may contain endless amounts of spelling errors, general cock ups or weary waffling anyhow here goes…

So shoot me I haven’t read a book yet despite promising week after week to do precisely that. I have however spent time skim reading some seriously interesting articles most of which were either social media click bait or news items from the BBC. I am yet to physically pick up a book and lodge my nose into its cover, I would most likely fall asleep should I give it a go at present but hey ho.… Read more from this post

I’ve been intending to get myself buried deep into a book for some time now but with the endless running to and fro to collect one or the other child I haven’t had time to read anything other than the usual emails, social media posts and of course the news which is fairly depressing by any measure.… Read more from this post

#LittleLoves – Daring Pigtails, Dancing Builders & Despacito

Excuse the lack of posts over the past few days, apologies and all that but I’ve been preoccupied by life so it seems and whilst I love blogging there are some things which take priority over posting which has been the case recently. Getting back on track here are a few of my #LittleLoves for past week or so…

I hate to sound ignorant but I’ve actually started ignoring the news updates which flash across my phone as I literally cannot bear to read further heartbreak.

I have found myself browsing blogs and reading several ‘feel good’ posts such as ‘summer bucket lists’ which I have also taken the time to write myself.… Read more from this post

#LittleLoves – Manchester One Love, LaLaLand & Elections

Just like that another week has flown by and once again I am sat, Macbook at the ready to reflect upon a few of my #LittleLoves from the past seven days.

Unless you’ve been living in a cave or spent the past few weeks comatose I’m fairly sure that just like me you too will have read endless news spiel regarding yesterdays general election.

I have never been massively into politics but I’m not daft and know full well just how important it is to put forward your vote no matter which political party that may be towards. Unlike past elections where I’ve found myself struggling to decide which way to fly I found voting very straight forward and simple yesterday as in my mind there was only one answer.… Read more from this post
