With Spring just around the corner I thought I ought to take a look back at my ‘Winter Wish List‘ and to review and to reflect upon this. I originally listed fifteen points which I specifically explained were ‘wishes for the winter’ rather than expectations.
Heres the points listed and a little feedback on how I got along with these. I’m sure that there will be a few points transferred over to my bucket list for the Spring for me to continue working upon and as always, hoping and wishing for.

Happy New Year and all that malarkey, here’s hoping that 2018 will be a healthy, wealthy and wonderful year for us all.
Sod making ‘New Years Resolutions’, I never stick to them anyway! Instead I have opted to write a ‘Bucket list’ filled with a range of goals, wishes and aspirations for the year ahead. I highly doubt that I’ll achieve all of these but it would be nice to tick off at least ten items (which there are a fair few to choose from) from my list.

Back in December last year I wrote a bucket list for 2017, at the time I wished to complete at least six of the action points listed whereas upon reflection I have found that I somehow managed to achieve almost ten out of the fifteen points listed which is pretty damn good going!
Here’s last years list should you fancy having a read. I have colour coded all the things which I managed to make happen as purple and the stuff which I am yet to do as red.

Rather than a bucket list, I’ve decided to write a wish list of the things that I would like to do throughout the winter. Instead of ticking boxes from bucket lists as I have done in the past I will simply list a number of wishes which may or may not happen without any pressure.
So without further ado, here are a few of the things that I would like to do throughout the winter should the opportunity arise.

My husband very kindly bought me a riding voucher back in August for my birthday.…
Back at the beginning of Autumn I created a bucket list of sorts outlining all of the things which I wished to do during my favourite season of the year. I thought I’d take the time to look back at my list and to ‘tick off’ all the things that I achieved throughout Autumn and then make a start on putting together a similar list ready for the winter.
To go out for a meal with friends
Although Paul and I haven’t been out with friends as planned I did manage to squeeze in some lunch with the ladies which I guess counts as ‘a meal with friends’.…
